Navrab 20 (Rabeprazole 20mg) is used to reduce stomach acid for conditions like Acid Reflux (GERD), Peptic Ulcers (in stomach/intestines, including healing), Erosive Esophagitis, and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome (excess acid production). It works by blocking acid production, relieving heartburn, indigestion, and promoting healing of damaged esophageal/ulcer linings, often prescribed at the lowest effective dose for the shortest time. 

Here are its main uses in English:

• Acid Reflux (GERD): Prevents stomach acid from flowing back into the food pipe, relieving heartburn and irritation.
• Peptic Ulcers: Helps heal sores in the stomach lining (gastric ulcers) or upper small intestine (duodenal ulcers).
• Erosive Esophagitis: Allows the esophagus (food pipe) to heal from acid damage.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome (ZES): Treats a rare condition causing excessive stomach acid.
• Stress Ulcers: Prevents ulcers in critically ill patients. 

How it works:
Navrab 20 contains Rabeprazole, a Proton-Pump Inhibitor (PPI) that significantly reduces the amount of acid your stomach produces, providing relief and allowing tissues to heal.
